    Can I use this to make one main site then use subdomains and feed the main site with blog posts from the other ones?

      Yes you could pending the correct setup of the plug-ins for WPMU such as FeedWordpress or a similiar plug-in. But, you'll like face major SEO repurcussions due to identical content being all on the same IP.
