We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst who can contribute to the success of the development project team by leading the business and technical teams through doing the analysis of ever changing new project requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with providing meaningful business critical reporting to the client and senior management team to establish and refine clear objectives for ongoing software development.
The successful candidates primary day-to-day activities will focus on overseeing guiding and capturing the business intent through requirements documentation, and the review of the functional specifications as created by project teams. As required, they will also conduct research and, analysis of various, and report data to support management evaluations being used to support the decision making process as it relates to the clients numerous web properties and multiple online marketing initiatives. Identification of trends in website performance, proactive detection and prevention of emergency production issues as well as isolation of sources of current problems will also be part of daily responsibilities. The successful candidate will blend analytic, business and technical skills, and will be as comfortable working with stakeholders to establish analytics new requirements as they are implementing reviewing current analytic codes on the existing websites.
