I'm not sure where to start here and before I jump in and get my coder to start work on something I just want to check there isn't something already publicly available.

What I need is a piece of software a cam girl can run on her desktop to chat to people coming to an online landing page. It would need to be able to handle multiple conversations.

I assume the girls are using something desktop based on things like:

On these "free chat" landing pages it's usually a big group chat but I want it to be 1on1 with the ability to handle multiple conversations.
