Anyone over here uses Thunderbird or Eudora? Looking for a new e-mail software..

I'm looking for a new FREE e-mail software. And so far I liked Thunderbird and Eudora, but don't really have any experience with any of them.

Any of you guys use them? What do you think about it?

Thanks!

I use Thunderbird and have for a few years now, since I changed over from TheBat. It's extremely easy to back up and take your email from pc to laptop and back again, and doesn't have Microsoft's greasy fingerprints all over it.

I use thunderbird and love it. Outlook started crashing and acting all kinds of crazy for me so I switched and really like it.

I have been using Eudora for almost 10 years. Doubt I will ever use another.

I use Thunderbird and I love it. Been using it for the last 4 years. Prior to that I used Eudora and Outlook Express (that was a very long time ago). Eudora was the first email client that I ever used.

Yep, plus using Thunderbird means that if you ever need to migrate to a new/different OS(Mac, Linux), its pretty straightforward

Been there done that, got the tshirt. Other than Vista, which changes its locations a bit, it was painless
