Who is the original copyright holder?
Security that some estate will not engage a lawsuit for its use or use of her name to promote the video and still images?

-I have an agreement with the German company that warrants me against claims

The only proven Marilyn Monroe sex tape was bought in April or May and the owner will not release it. What actual proof do you have that is her in this video? None of the stills look anything like here before or after she became famous. CMGworldwide is going to sue whoever uses this video tape. They have the rights to her name and image.
