As I said in the other Zuzanna fluff thread

I'd be happy if she ever followed through on her under $200 flash banner template project that I prepaid her and her 'associate' for.

It chaps my hide (am I allowed to say that without wearing a cowboy hat?) that they took my prepay and never delivered on some simple design stuff.

I went through her excuses and multiple opportunities to make it right - still no deliverables.

So although I hire a lot of designers (some of whom have even posted in this thread) not only does she not get my business, but every once in a while when I am motivated to post I put things like this:

I never took any money from you. You came to me looking for a design and I told you I knew someone who could do it, Jeff from Jeff Designs (went on to work for LotzaDollars and RageCash). That money never came to me...you paid Jeff via check to a completely different state. He screwed you over and I felt bad about it since I had passed on the job and told you I'd try to get your work from him. You wrote him yourself and there was even a thread about Jeff in which he stated he gave that work to you and you two went on to have a discussion about it in that same thread...there has been TONS of drama about Jeff when he started screwing people over 3 years ago or so. I haven't heard anything from you in years. I'm not responsible for a bad experience with another designer, and I tried all I could to get your work from Jeff, but he didn't write me back any more than he wrote anyone else back. Jeff was NEVER involved with me and I NEVER took a prepayment on this job from you.

I could go on quoting your excuses given after that and the 'accidental' icqs etc.

But the summary is:

I am unhappy that I prepaid money for some banners and you have made excuses for years now rather than make a few simple banners.

Even now you would rather argue on a board than try to make a few hundred dollars worth of work right.

So in summary.

I repeat


feel free to try and make it right, but arguing and denying won't do it.

I can't post the thread here since it's from another board...but here is Jeff's response to being called out on these banners on that board...

"Zuzana, You didn't pay me, it was your client that paid me for them flash banners and I did the work, zipped them and emailed him the work. He also wanted weird shit done. It wasn't even a complete flash banners. It was for flash templates, like road lines moving and shit, that he can incorporate into doing whatever he needed for them. I did the work, emailed him and moved on. If he needs something corrected, he needs to send me the files back so I can correct them. Its his fault for not getitng in touch with me on those issues. Nowdays and for a long time, the only stuff I store on my pc, is LotzaDollars work. I can't go storing old clients stuff on here for months and months. I don't even have my portfolio online anymore.
But those templates were fully editable. I need them if he wants me to tweak them or do whatever."

I'm sorry that you got screwed by him. He said he gave you the work on the boards. I still tried contacting him and he told me he gave you the work and then I never heard anything again. If you would like to contact me personally to try and work something out, then feel free to. Bottom line, you paid him...not me. I felt bad since I had sent you his direction in the first place, and it's a lesson learned to not pass on work because apparently it makes you responsible for it, even when it isn't your design work or a project you were even paid for

Zuzanna do the right thing.

Some people just can not be satisfied and eventually you just goto tell em to fuck off.

I think that is the case here.
