Child killer McCain a coward too?

I have always thought the pilots that fought in the Battle of Britain were brave, they were outnumbered and faced a skilled and experience enemy.

True also for solders fighting the Germans on both fronts.

But when I saw the film "Zulu" I only thought the Zulus were brave, attacking machine guns with spears. I thought the British cowards and murderers.

In war if you have technological superiority, how brave is it to kill the enemy with little risk to ones owns self?

Like the German tanks attacking the Polish cavalry, or the Europeans gunning down the Native Americans.

These are the acts of cowards.

Vietnam is another case, America had technological superiority over the "Gooks" and killed without much risk to themselves. Also where as a Vietnamese prisoner of the Americans would be killed without thought, American prisoners were kept alive to go on to run for President.

So not only was McCain a person who though it was OK to bomb civilians, Vietnamese Men Women and children, he was a coward as well.

Child murdering coward for president anyone?

McCain didn't kill any children. He got caught. He was obviously too incompetant to kill anyone. A real soldier would rather die than get captured and possibly reveal information that might harm or kill his fellow soldiers.

Picture #2 is the famous Eddie Adams photo shot in Saigon 1968 of a South Vietnamese executing a Vietcong officer in civilian clothes (I?d like to note something important about this image: we misread it all the time. The South Vietnamese officer?s face is largely turned away from the camera, and because the Vietcong officer is in civilian clothes we often image that what we are witnessing is an American soldier?s execution of a civilian. I don?t know if this has been studied at all, but I?m curious to find out if the American public in 1968 accurately understood what they were witnessing after the initial news stories about this execution were aired.) Adams? image appeared in February, 1968 along with a short film shot with a movie camera right next to Adams. Both the image and a segment of the film were shown on NBC nightly news.

You are an ignorant asshole. Do you have any idea about the targets that were off limits in that political war? Imagine not being allowed to target the missile sites that were shooting down your jet? Get some knowledge.

technological disadvantage? Hanoi had the most extensive and efficient air defense system on the planet.

As for being baby killers.... Dresden? Hamburg?

It's estimated that between 570,000 and 800,000 CIVILIAN deaths were caused by allied bombing in Germany.

At least half of that was caused by the British RAF.

I guess all your boys were a bunch of baby killers also huh?

Your grasp of history is breathtaking.... really!

Fuck you. The facts and photos you posted have nothing to do with McCain as a young man putting his life on the line. Hate him as a politician if you like but don't make shit up.

Once again, fuck you asshole.

I have never heard, read or met anyone that thought that was an American soldier killing a civilian. Anyone that can't tell that was a Vietnamese guy shooting another Vietnamese guy should get their eyes examined.

The photo shows a South Vietnamese General executing a viet cong terrorist. I say terrorist because he is out of uniform and part of the Tet offense which was launched at the beginning of an agreed upon cease fire to celebrate a major Vietnamese holiday. A sneak fucking attack on civilians as well as soldiers.

The guy getting shot was captured while ambushing local policemen. He was shot as a spy/terrorist.

The General owned a local pizza joint when I was in high school in Burke Virginia, hell of a nice guy who's life got fucked by that photo.

Not even close to what that cunt cherry was babbling about.

The entire point of war is to WIPE OUT your enemy with minimal casualties to your own side. Why the hell would you want to put your state of the art push button idiot proof machine gun down and pick up a spear to go fight some backward thinking cave dweller on equal terms? If some stupid fool thinks they can defeat an army that can launch missiles at them from the other side of the planet then they get what they deserve.

.
Adams, the guy that took the photo said this on the topic:

Quote:
The general killed the Viet Cong; I killed the general with my camera. Still photographs are the most powerful weapon in the world. People believe them; but photographs do lie, even without manipulation. They are only half-truths.

What the photograph didn't say was, 'What would you do if you were the general at that time and place on that hot day, and you caught the so-called bad guy after he blew away one, two or three American people?'

This how it was described on the national geographic channel not so long ago.

I paraphrase,
"The 2 reporters where following the south vietnam secret police chef...a notorious violent drunk..in a quest for some good pictures and film.."

"You can see on the film footage, the soldiers and photo crew scrambling out ot the way as the chef raise his gun to execute a "south vietnamese spy""

General? Chef? In those part if you are chief of the secret police you're at least a general...so Captain Sum (navy intelligence), my neighbor tells me.

The Vietnamese policeman that murdered the Vietnamese fighter was on whose payrole? The American, he was part of a puppet regime. The Americans didn't do all the dirty work themselves they handed it over to their employees.

The Vietnamese prisoners were routinely tortured and murdered.

It is interesting how Americans talk about a democracy but hear only one point of view.

People with different POV like Noam Chomsky are banned from the airways like in Soviet Russia.

No wonder when you hear views different from the ones you are spoon fed by Fox everyday you blow a blood vessel.

The pictures reflect a true picture of America's wars, child murdering, cowardly fascist....

And yes the bombing of Dresden and Hamburg were war crimes too, but two wrongs don't make a right.

Remember where the tactic of terror bombing started with the German fascists in Spain, Poland, Britain and Russia...

The Wikipedia quote says...

South Vietnamese planes, in coordination with the American military, dropped a napalm bomb on Trang Bang

You send a link that you don't even bother to read yourself....

The picture is an illustration of what was happening everyday in Vietnam ...Not that specific day. Most of the time there were no reporters present.

The Vietnam war was a war of aggression of the US against Vietnam.

You send a link that you don't even bother to read yourself....

The picture is an illustration of what was happening everyday in Vietnam ...Not that specific day. Most of the time there were no reporters present.

The Vietnam war was a war of aggression of the US against Vietnam.

Yes, it was "friendly fire"

And for your info

I do live in Cambodia..but my wife (Cambodian) calls it Kampuchea...

Let me reassure you, I'm very aware of what did happens here...I hear horror stories everyday...

What's amazing is that the Vietnamese photographer who took this pic

took this picture of Paris Hilton crying in a cop car, exactly 35 years later, to the exact day

Well thats Ok then it was "friendly" ...

So summing up 58,000 Americans killed by "nasty" commies , while they were trying to help...

5-6 million people of indo china killed by mistake ... In the most intense terror bombing campaign, ( by a President the American themselves found out to be a crook)

In the last few days more civilians killed in Afghanistan ... Its OK though American bombs are friendly.... Like "a happy meal"

Why can't Americans control your government and stop them bombing and invading ?

Are you a democracy? If you are please stop the wars....
