My Gift to affiliate programs (fraud list)

These guys never learn, every 3-4 months they are back, getting caught in the same way and rarely ever getting paid anything.

Epassporte, you guys really need to make it harder for these guys to have so many accounts? they literally have 100's and 100's and just switch them out. Our script picked these up in the last 2 days, I will dig deeper on monday and post more then.

Thanks for the list. There should be a mass database for people like this that everyone submits to and epass runs against their database of accounts. But that would make sense and we can't have that.

I would say because their affiliates wan't to be paid that way. Its not all scammers and flakes that use the service.

I am not sure how they get so many epass accounts either. I have hundreds of epass IDs from the past few months alone that these guys use.

The Vietnam gang is trying the payment by check as an option now as well. Checks go to different addresses in BC Canada under several different names. Keep your eyes open for them.

Yes, and what used to take less than 30 minutes now takes forever... getting the accounts closed in a timely fashion. They give the cardholders way too much wiggle room nowadays where in the past all it took was an e-mail and the account would be shut down.

My recommendation: do a search for all EPIDs that match: "%vinh%" and "%ngu%"

They will all be fraud.

Vietnam is on our Country of origin restriction list so that's not the issue. These guys simply use addresses, names, postal drops etc. from the US, UK, and Canada.

Yeah, it is best not to ban these countries.

Let everyone signup and shut them down after... They are more likely to tell the truth if they are not disallowed.

In the end they are low end fraud with no creativity... More a nuisance than anything.
