Yea I had the same problem. They counted so few of the clicks I sent that I pulled the links but I am still owed some amount.

PPC still can work but with much smaller rate then 5 cents per click.

No, times are repeating.

All the old timers have been burnt at least once in the early dawn of ppc and long
learned to avoid ppc advertising.

There were tons of pay per click programs in the 90's.
Most of them failed.
