you honestly think those are nice designs? those are freakin terrible dude. the graphics work is completely amateur at best. those pay site designs are worth about maybe $250 at best.

if i'm going to pay a retarded amount of money for any design... at a minimum, i expect it to be not only outstanding design... but unique... and not be one that looks like every other design they've done.

i saw this site http://profitx.com/ in someones sig and instantly thought it was another business site of stans.... had to look a few times before realizing it was something someone actually paid for.

They wouldn't ask it if they couldn't get it. I think a big portion of that asking price is based on security and reliability. In other words, you know you're not going to get screwed by some flaky designer and get your shit done on time.

Maybe if you're not getting paid these prices, you need to ask yourself "why not?" instead of hating on other people.

Just because people have money doesn't mean they have sense. That's why designs sell at those prices, despite being nothing but some flashy graphics, at best. 99% of designers can't sell worth shit, which is why the ones creating the flashier graphics usually end up charging higher prices. Doesn't necessarily mean they'll sell better though. In fact, most of the time they actually don't.
