I'm selling the sites to devote more time to my B2B marketing company in the adult space, Adult B2B Marketing. I've come to realize that I can't give enough time to running my program while doing my job as a marketing consultant for my clients.

You are very observant. Hustler is one of my content providers. All of my content is provided by top studios like Hustler, Cherry Boxxx, Vivid, etc.

I'm a lil lost cause normally when you buy content they don't watermark the content you buy from them.. only leased content.. Am I wrong?

That was my point. Kind of hard to brand a site when all of your content has someone else's url on it.

Thanks so much, actually the front end of the site is a ton of leased content. It's a different concept altogether. There is other content on the site as well. There is a lot there for the surfer.
