Adult friendly Dedicated CPanel Hosting with GREAT Support?

Needing this for a client, something like a 160 GB HDD, 1 GB RAM and 2 TB bandwidth should be enough.

CPanel is a must and a support phone number (US based or working in US hours) would be ideal.

Here's an example server spec:

Intel P4 2.8Ghz
1GB DDR RAM
120GB HDD

2000GB Bandwidth
100Mbps Network Port
5 IP Addresses

or I also have a bit more beefy server for not much more:

By replying to this thread, I would of thought that people were offering Cpanel, as you resquested in the title of the thread...

Obviously, some replies are not ... business must be tough to reply even if they cannot meet the requirements .

I forgot to mention that we have 24x7 "REALLY ONSITE" support sitting in our NOC, which is in the same building where have datacenters on 4 floors! Our support is available by telephone, ticket system and live chat (as long as they're sitting down)
