Being a member since 2002 & I still can't put a banner up in my signature or html? Did I break any rules?

I also meant to say HTML. I see now, yes im able to put a banner up but I remember a long time ago GFY removed my banner & HTML so did not bother with it. What I should of said pls allow me to add HTML to my signature;)
