Easy Website Creator
I have a friend who can't design, doesn't know HTML and isn't really interested in learning it either. He doesn't need to. He just needs an easy webpage creator program for Windows that has a bunch of templates to choose from, let him type a few things and will publish his site for him. Any suggestions?

Microsoft Word is prolly the easiest.. Dreamweaver also has templates..

Serif Webplus10 is very easy to use and only costs $39.99 to buy its a bit old now but it would do the job
