I have hosted a high traffic site there for over 4 years. I can count the downtime in hours.
When I have had a specific request they answer support tickets promptly and professionally. I'd recommend them to anyone..and have to a number of people.

Jupiter was good at the beginning.
Then they got sold out, most of the original staff left and god knows whats going on there now. |
