Costa Rica is the coolest place to go! Stickyfingers, nikki99, and I were all there for the final Costa Rica Bash earlier this year. Everyone from the U.S. goes there for the hookers and gambling. It's a great place to go and a sort of "well known secret" for people wanting to fuck and gamble legally. It's completely under the wing of the U.S. Our military protects their country. They made a deal with the U.S. back in the 1950's and have no military at all.

Totally U.S. friendly and the whole country is basically set up as tourist area catering to gamblers and people who want kinky sex.

When Claudia-Marie and I first got there we took a shuttle bus to the hotel. We rode there with a real estate guy and his wife who is a school teacher. It's not a passport sillyhead. It's a exit tax receipt. Which you'd have had one of, had you actually been there on a foreigner passport (which is what tipo 2-extranjeros means, incidentally).
