Viagra sponsors?

    Viagra sponsors?

    I recently got an email, that was promoting a sponsor that sells viagra, (they write prescriptions for customers and claim to be licensed to due so)

    Could you get into legal trouble sending traffic to something like that or would any legal issues be on the sponsor since they are ones who are actually selling it?

                  Well, yes I do, and I would assume that there could be potential legal ramifications in promoting something like that, but rather than just going with my gut feeling, I figured I would ask people who know more about the internet side of the business than I do, to confirm my theory or to have it discredited. I just don't understand the need for the name calling, I'm not a person who claims to know things I don't and I would rather ask a question even if it makes look like a "noob" or an "idiot" so I can learn from others.
