Can you get an adaptor that plug in a British appliance to a European outlet?

God damn Europeans. Again theyve managed to piss me off with their stupid quirks.

Here is what a British appliance plug looks like

Here is what most of Europe uses as its appliance plug

Can you simply buy an adaptor that will let you plug in a British appliance into a European outlet? When I first got to the UK from Canada I had to buy all sorts of adaptors that let my North American appliances (laptop, phone charger, etc) plug into the ridiculously stupid looking UK power outlet. Now Im heading to the Netherlands soon (over time Ive replaced my North American appliances with UK versions).. will I be able to simply buy an adaptor again to plug my UK appliances in European adaptors? Or do I need to buy some crazy current or voltage modifying tool to be able to do it?

Yep, every airport, eurostar station and every major supermarket and some petrol garages. In my experience most of them aren't too great though, they work most of the time but you may need something pushed up against the socket to keep the damn things in!

When in the UK check that the current is on by wetting a finger and insert in socket, best done while standing in water...
