Unless they have the ability to go back in time and make those people say contradictory things about the candidates, I don't see how they've embelished anything.

The one thing about the Daily Show is that they don't add an editorial to everything. They usually let the videos speak for themselves. Watch the clip, Stewart will hardly say anything at all. Fact is that those people said one thing one day about a candidate and another the next about their own. He's just showing what a fucking zoo politics is.

The truth is that in this case, I have viewed the clips, and you're absolutely correct. However, I don't see any more flip-flopping than I've ever seen.. You want to see someone actually squirm? Bring up the Patriot act. Nobody for either party wants to admit to voting for that impediment on our rights now, but in Q4 2001, anyone would give up their first born to feel safe, and that's almost what we did through our elected officials.
