I see stupid partisan politics

All of this argument about experience is ridiculous. Noone in the race... NOONE has the experience to be President.

The experience argument really is ridiculous. However, qualifications AREN'T ridiculous and I would take Obama's qualifications over Palin's or McCain's any day of the week. Palin has a degree in Journalism and worked as a sportscaster... tell me that isn't a glorified actress... she was trained to read a teleprompter. McCain has been in the Senate for 26 years and hasn't accomplished anything... show me a list of bills he drafted that were passed (the ones he didn't oppose after he proposed them).

Obama is a Harvard graduated Constitutional Law Professor from the University of Chicago and a man who helped ALOT of people by starting from scratch and building one of the most successful grass roots organizations in Chicago history. There is nothing there to mock or make fun of like a schoolchild in a playground. I wonder how many of you would be offended if your own accomplishments were mocked.

Obama is right when he asserts that Republicans are running this character assassination campaign for lack of solid positions on the issues.

Republicans always run these character assassination campaigns and tout falsehoods as their platform because the only way they win elections is through hot air, false accusations, innuendo and mockery and not on the issues they say they support.

For example:

Republicans always say that they are going to "Reduce the size of government". Show me proof that any Republican Administration since Nixon has actually done that... Let's face the facts that while the Republicans had a strangle hold on the government before 2006 they were able to increase the size of government by almost 40%! In addition, we saw the rise of the biggest budget deficit in American history. McCain is not going to change that policy... look at his proposals and you will see that they are right in line with the policies that the Bush Administration has been pimping America with.

Republicans always say they will "Balance the Budget"... In fact, no Republican President has accomplished that goal in my lifetime and Bill Clinton did.

Republicans always say they will "create jobs and fix the economy". Every Republican President in my lifetime has caused budget deficits... enriched the rich even more and caused the rise of unemployment with their ridiculous Supply Side Economics platform/policies.

For all of you that keep saying that Obama is a "stuffed suit"... "All talk and no substance"... blah blah blah... I know you haven't looked at the extremely detailed proposals that he has had listed on his website for more then 18 months.

All of this blather from the right reminds me of High School all over again. The Republicans view themselves as "The Cool Kids" and view Democrats and "The Nerds". I don't know about your high school classmates... but most of "The Cool Kids" I went to high school with are complete failures at life. It's like their life peaked in High School or something. Well... let me clue you right wingers in on some facts... eventually people are going to start seeing you for what you are... bags of wind and untruthful. You can keep with the spin... it's funny to see you make yourselves dizzy until you contradict yourselves like you always do.

I am not saying we don't have these same people on the left... we do unfortunately... and they fit in the same bucket-o-chicken-waste that all die hard partisans fall in.

As far as Palin... let the culture wars begin anew... this is all I have to say on this matter.
