NATS shaving question

OK, so NATS is shave free? Right? So here is my question:
Are programs that do not make any payouts to their affiliates considered shaving or breaking the licensing terms for the software script?

I can't see how sponsors not paying their affiliates could have anything to do with NATS myself.

So NATS says, pay affiliate this amount and somehow this is shaving?

Do the rest of us a favor and tell us who's not paying... and not a "Oh - he's 3 days late, he must be shaving me!"

I'll get the popcorn

Also please state if you normally get your funds via epassporte.

I know they try their best, yet it seems very damn common that when loading funds wires just go missing or into some time warp limbo for days if not weeks on end.

I know it's not the responsibility of NATS to make payemnts, but I would like to know if such case would violate their terms.

The program in question has not paid me for 4 months. There is no reply and it seems that the owner is no longer working on his sites and not paying out any affiliates. Maybe he is sick or broke a leg ... or whatever ... I am not the only one without pay.

I have sent him an email and await his reply so I think I should wait at least a couple of days before I brandmark him on any board. He receives a chance to make up for it.

Anyhow, I just wanted to know if NATS would pull a program's license if they found out they are not paying their partners. It would be a nice way of forcing the guy to make payments.

NATS is an affiliate software program created by TMM, TMM is not an industry police nor should they be. If a program doesn't pay, keep contacting them and after a certain point (I give mine 2 weeks to reply) I would start out with non threatening threads asking if anyone's seen em, knows a contact, and then progress to threads asking if anyones been paid and after a few months I would start an all out board callout.

To my knowledge the use of NATS has certain terms attached to it. My question was if non-payment of partners would be a violation of their terms. Since there are a lot of program owners on this board, I thought I might get a answer to this, but thanks for your kind advice. I am not interested at all at creating drama on the boards, although I might mention their name if they really fail to make payments as their debt keeps growing from rebills every day.

Anybody here can provide a contact to TMM so I could get an answer directly from them?

Well I use NATS and did not see any specific terms when I signed up, but that was a while ago when I got it installed, maybe they make you sign something now.

here's contact for em:

I love these threads... put "shaving" in the title and then say "Oh I won't out anyone here, it's been 4 months but he deserves another chance.. i'll give him another week to think about paying me first..."

Sigh.

and don't be naiive, if they haven't paid you in 4 months your only chance is to bring it to the boards and find others that might know more, that or you can sue them if you got a lawyer.

I remember a couple of posts where they publicly announced license suspensions on this board before. I think my case is similar to the one discussed here before. Thanks for the contact.

Who knows what happened to the guy. Maybe his mother found out he is doing porn and confiscated his computer. It's my fault if it took me 4 months to find out he did not pay me and it's just about a few days ago I emailed him about it. He deserves at least another week of time to get back to me.

the only ones I saw were when they were caught with mismatching CCbill reports and they refused to synch it to correct the issue.

I think that would be in the event of reverse engineering or tinkering with the actual script itself to create such things as an actual shave.

Not paying technically is not a shave, it is just not paying you. Hell for all I know though, they may have stopped paying TMM which does turn off their nats license on the admin side of things but the affiliate side works fine. They would not even be able to view who is owed money in that case, not like it would matter though as odds would dictate. I am not sure how many months one gets before the license stops working on both sides though.

I hear you, but my point stands - if your serious about results, then don't post threads with titles like this and not follow through. Otherwise you might as well be a fakenick.

I will give you my honest opinion: if not for Michael O, ePassporte would not exist. I won't go into any specifics publicly, but I firmly believe this.

Shaving is changing stats in NATS. Not paying affiliates is really bad accounting. TMM has no way to see or enforce payment; they can, however, generally track programs who think they're going to outsmart the people who wrote the software.

I repeat: Neither of your statements have any correlation. You might as well blame Haagen Dazs for mad cow disease.
