      Never really got into Indian food until I hooked up with Shey. She's a fanatic so I was exposed to it. DAMN GOOD EATS! Funny that it's her favorite type of food but she hates lamb. Heh.

                          we just ate some in corona...lunch buffet was awesome...called Punjab Palace if anyone is around this area. Chicken tiki marsala and all the popular dishes served

                                There are a lot of similar herbs and spices used in Mexican and Indian food. Cilantro/Corriander, just being one overlapping example. Then there are things like tortillas vs chapatis which aren't millions of miles apart as an idea.

                                For some reason, I have always found it interesting how close they are in cooking theory even though they are so far apart.
