it is funny how many of these accusations of not getting paid or account suspensions on GFY really are from people who are breaking the rules and should be suspended...

It's getting pretty bad with frauding Webmasters. If you close an account they will almost always contact you now.

See what happens is once they learn they can fraud a program, they don't stop. Like, lets say a fraud account gets approved on a bigger program. They will sit and make fake accounts all day, knowing the one idiot in the company will let it slide through.

Once the program slips up and pays, it's non stop. They even have bot software to signup for programs and auto signup for the fraud transactions, without ever actually doing anything other than giving a script some urls.

Okay... So now dave is going to be the third person I will contact about this. Come on guys, you are pushing me from one to another person! Stop doing this. I am an honest person and I wouldn't have come and complain here if I would have done something wrong. There was controversy about Juggcash and the tube sites lately, but if there is one thing that's for sure: They pay their webmasters, always and on time, I never had a late, missed or bounced check. Saying this, there must be something wrong with your account.

What could trigger fraud detection? It's signups not done by the actual owners of a credit card (e.g. stolen), unusual high numbers of PPS sales on promo days that are all trials and get all cancelled immediately, unusual high numbers of chargebacks, unusual high numbers of sales from third world countries or asia coming through proxy servers...if you run a program there are many ways people try to rip you off.

So, maybe you haven't done anything wrong, but these guys, like all huge programs with thousands of webmasters, are a prime target for all kinds of lowlives who try get cash in on their expense.

Fraud: something intended to deceive; deliberate trickery intended to gain an advantage

Example: you re Using stolen Credit cards Numbers and sign up for paysites with those cards

Any monies, which are due to any Webmaster whose account has been terminated due to charge-backs and refunds, will be forfeited as partial damages under the terms of this agreement.

Guys at juggcash, i hope you still counting his clicks and sales via his reffering URL, because i know this guys makes lot's of blogs and posting there lot's of juggcash, it's not so easy to change them to some other sponsor. So if you are not counting the clicks/sales, and if it turns out that all the following sales will be non-declined or chargebacked, after non-payment it will look like you are just ... stealing his traffic and income?

Why don't you put the account on-hold, and when it get's much more sales, you can see if this account is really makes fraud sales or not? So if this guy is really honest you just can reopen it and pay all the commission?
