BUT! it is funny how many of these accusations of not getting paid or account suspensions on GFY really are from people who are breaking the rules and should be suspended... If yer doing something wrong why are you attracting attention to it? :1orglaugh It is a good way to figure out HOW they caught you tho... |

See what happens is once they learn they can fraud a program, they don't stop. Like, lets say a fraud account gets approved on a bigger program. They will sit and make fake accounts all day, knowing the one idiot in the company will let it slide through. Once the program slips up and pays, it's non stop. They even have bot software to signup for programs and auto signup for the fraud transactions, without ever actually doing anything other than giving a script some urls. |
Okay... So now dave is going to be the third person I will contact about this. Come on guys, you are pushing me from one to another person! Stop doing this. I am an honest person and I wouldn't have come and complain here if I would have done something wrong. THE FUNNIEST PART OF THIS IS ACTUALLY THAT I DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT THE FUCK ARE FRAUD SALES????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????? I'm going to send an e-mail to dave right now and I'm hoping that he will answer me... shit ...

What could trigger fraud detection? It's signups not done by the actual owners of a credit card (e.g. stolen), unusual high numbers of PPS sales on promo days that are all trials and get all cancelled immediately, unusual high numbers of chargebacks, unusual high numbers of sales from third world countries or asia coming through proxy servers...if you run a program there are many ways people try to rip you off. So, maybe you haven't done anything wrong, but these guys, like all huge programs with thousands of webmasters, are a prime target for all kinds of lowlives who try get cash in on their expense. |

I went ahead and inspected your account, you have a credit ratio of 50% as per the terms that you have accepted when you've signed up to your juggcash account. http://juggcash.com/terms.html 8) A signup is defined as a signup from a valid referral that does not result in a refund or reversal in the first 24 hours of membership and is not in violation of the terms of this agreement. 9) Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that they shall not be entitled to a commission or referral fee for any and all referrals, which are in breach/violation of the terms of this agreement. Affiliate also acknowledges and agrees they shall not be entitled to a commission or referral fee from Juggcash.com for any subscription, which Juggcash.com in its sole and unfettered discretion determines, is the result of possible fraudulent activity. In addition, family members and employees of the affiliate are not eligible as sign ups and any attempt to refer ineligible individuals to the program will result in immediate account termination. And the one I prefer the most 23) Juggcash.com reserves the right to cancel any Webmaster's account that has an unusually high number of charge-backs and refunds as decided in the sole and unfettered discretion of Juggcash.com. Any monies, which are due to any Webmaster whose account has been terminated due to charge-backs and refunds, will be forfeited as partial damages under the terms of this agreement. Thank you for your understanding There is nothing else to say, I'll reply to your email with those lines, read them, understand them and then when you're done trying to make us look like we don't want to pay you for no reasons. Re contact me outside the board and we can go over the details... |
Guys at juggcash, i hope you still counting his clicks and sales via his reffering URL, because i know this guys makes lot's of blogs and posting there lot's of juggcash, it's not so easy to change them to some other sponsor. So if you are not counting the clicks/sales, and if it turns out that all the following sales will be non-declined or chargebacked, after non-payment it will look like you are just ... stealing his traffic and income?
Why don't you put the account on-hold, and when it get's much more sales, you can see if this account is really makes fraud sales or not? So if this guy is really honest you just can reopen it and pay all the commission? |
