You pay for what you get, any good logo designer would charge $250+ for basic logo.

It doesn't really seem like you much understand how business works honestly, or why people hire people to do things for them. Maybe you should brush up on that a little before you take anything new on.

I gave him a hard time at first, and myself and a few others actually talked to him and he toned his act down. I gave him the benefit of the doubt at that point. He continued acting out and filling the board with bullshit so I changed my opinion.

I didn't even ask for a fucking super logo, just a logo. But the point is he said it would be that price for the logo, I wasn't about to say 'Let me just give you $250 and you just give me a GOOD logo!' I figured the price would be for a good logo, not a fucking shitty photoshop 1 2 3 done logo. I don't care if I paid $1, that was the price quoted to me and I expected quality work for that price.

Aico you're the one who doesn't understand business. Keep thinking that spending more money on things is good business. That's a laugh in itself! Everyone knows that the ultimate product sells for a good price and is a quality product. That's good business, not paying money unnecessarily to get something you could have gotten for less.

Touché, but I did get to sample the work, and now I move on to the next. When I find a good one then I'll get more than a $70 logo.

Maybe a $150 affiliate program skin or $125 paysite...just kidding

Whatever though, designers have always been hit and miss, this was a miss, for me at least.

Bright side is I started a 3 page thread, and got to use touché, so it almost evens out.

Don't forget that you backed him up again when he tried to sell a computer here on GFY. If he's a kid toucher, and you busted him with CP...chances are that laptop had CP on it too. Then this all comes to light in the same week we see a thread from someone else with a similar situation. Pretty convenient story. Now your "wife" has blown your cover with regards to you banging the hottest chicks as you've claimed on here. Oh, and I'm pretty sure you claimed to be the first to monetize tube sites. If you had tube sites even two weeks ago you'd have spammed the shit out of it like you did with the one you just started.

well just a tip, steer away from designers who have already set prices on their sites, no two projects take the same time or amount of work, each project is different, and should be billed accordingly. Most designers who know how to bill projects put "Contact us with your project" so they can give you an estimate based on your needs, before you decide to go ahead with the project.

Hey man, if you said you wanted a top notch $250 logo I would have told you who to hire... You wanted a fast logo, that was your only requirement...

You offered to pay more ever if I could do it fast... I told you do not worry about it...

I price our work fairly for what it is worth, I do not misrepresent high end design and sell crap.. I advertise the honest services I offer..!



Believe me, if I had a designer on staff that could do a $250 logo, I would gladly take your $250 and deliver, like I gladly took your $70 and delivered... $35 a logo..
