I love you Ibill

"Thank you for taking the time to update your Merchant account information. You have successfully completed the process and we have updated your records. Since your company does not reside in the United States you are not required to pay any fees. If you have any other questions or comments regarding this, please contact your iBill Account Manager."

Do not know if this has been posted before but I love you Ibill!!

We have elected to stop using iBill at the end of the month due to their poor client services. We have have been asking them the following for over a week with no reply

"From 11:59pm 31st October 2002 we shall no longer be using iBill as our
processor. We shall not be filling out VISA forms and have no intention
of continuing processing with iBill after the end of October. We would
like to ammend our payment details so that we are paid by check rather
than wire transfer.

I require assurances that (1) the October period will be paid to us as
normal on November 15th and that all reserves will be paid to us over
the following 6 months."

5 times this email has been sent over a 7 day period. No reply.
This is not very re-assuring.

You can press that button 1000 times and see this all you want, but the question is if it is actually true.

Maybe Krome should check to see if Ibill are actually going to accept Visa on his behalf anymore.

Yeah, exactly. I think what IBill is saying is you don't have to pay the fee because you aren't going to process Visa cards anymore. This makes you happy?

(Or does IBill have foreign acquiring banks lined up and foreign IBill divisions established already? I doubt it.)

Mmm... Dealing with *any* US domestic processor is like walking down death row. Why do they need "forms"/information? You may already be a client - wot's changed? Rest assured this new information is required for *some purpose**g* This smells of a preamble to deeper shit to come from em and/or VISA US.

Even if they created banking relationships outside the US - we won't be touching em - That day is over and gone! Next subject!*g*

i got the same message after registering and had to do a double and triple take and rub my eyes to believe what I was reading - but I still don't trust this as the eventual outcome of this mess and today took down iBill and will only use PayPal until the dust clears.

I got the same message and my "account representative" confirmed that iBill will continue to accept VISA on my behalf.

While in the beginning of this mess everybody thought about incorporating in the U.S. now it looks like U.S. webmasters are pissed the most.
