College Football!
College football kicks off this week! Here are a few of my picks. Hit me up if you want some more. I am looking at around 6 or 7 plays for this weekend.
USC @ Virginia +20 Despite a knee injury in camp, Mark Sanchez is making the start for the Trojans. Don?t expect him to finish the game. Sophomore transfer Mitch Mustain has looked horrible this summer and in most accounts has lost the #2 job to red shirt freshman Aaron Corp. Look for SC to run the ball and control the clock with their stacked D. That should be the difference in a close game. BRING ON OHIO STATE! USC 24 - Virginia 17 Take: Virginia +20 Alabama V. Clemson -4 ½ 7 Offensive starters return for Clemson including Sr QB Cullen Harper and Sr. RB James Davis. While Nick Saban is bring in one of the best recruiting class in the country they are a year away from making a major impact. This leaves Alabama with holes all over the field. Losing 4 of their last 5 games in 2007 should be a strong indication of what to expect against top 25 teams in 08. A neutral field gives Bama a chance, but Clemson should pull away after half time. Alabama 28 - Clemson 41 Take Clemson -4 ½ Tenn @ UCLA +7 UCLA?s O line has been devastated. So much so coach Neuheisal has held open try outs to replace all the injuries. Not a good sign for a team starting a JR transfer in Kevin Craft at QB. UCLA has one of the best coaching staffs in the country with Neuheisal, Walker, and Chow but they don?t have the players to win. This team will be lucky to win 4 games all year. Tenn lost their stud QB but still returns 8 starters from a team that went 10-4 last year. This one won't be close. Tenn 38 - UCLA 10

I can't wait, going to watch a game on tv tomorrow and then our local college via the internet feed. Mix that in with the Cubs game as well.
