Ive been here 4 months and I still for the life of me cant figure out how the fuck this nations phone number system works.

I need to call this company using Yahoo Voice or Skype. Does anyone know how I can do it?
Yahoo cant figure out wtf '08700 007007' is - doesnt matter if I set my local country to USA or the UK. What am I doing wrong?

I just read that skype are now allowing toll free numbers but it does say to use the international format so maybe you need to use +44 8700 007 007.
