    Zorgman called me a scammer.... lmao

    I hit this dude up to see about the files and how they go together and such so I could start skinnning his script for clients.... I have one on hold and several other interested in his script and ready to go.....

                  Well, you're both douches in this instance. He acted like a douche (which is understandable having dealt with customers myself for a LONG time) and you should have just grabbed the files yourself if you actually had a client who wanted the script "skinned." There was no reason to even involve Zorgman.

                      So he didn't want to give up the script to a designer? Not a big deal in my book. Couldn't you easily have your client provide those files for you? That is what I did, not that big of a problem.

                          Do you realise how many people contact me daily asking for a free tevs copy? Way too many. Poeple saying their designers and they have clients so they need to "TEST" tevs to make sure they can skin it.

                          Please! If you don't know HTML then you will not be able to do it, for everyone -- you got no problems.

                          I don't know you, never meet you before and the first thing you do is ask for a free copy of TEVS. Were you expecting me to GIVE you $250 worth of a script for FREE for no reason except for that fact that you have a "CLIENT" which you can't tell me who that is.

                          Look at it from my point, it's very suss.

                                  I'll be back in a few hours, I'm trying to roundup some ideas for the next revision and honestly I'm at a bit of a loss for what way I should go for making templating easier and would be interested in some real feedback.

                                  If you have a steady flow of ideas for me right after I get back from vacation I have to bust my ass on overhauling things and getting a marketing push together. I've let my system die off due to "getting a real job" for a while and juggling family stuff.. But when I'm actively developing something it comes along FAST. Honestly I had run out of ideas and everybody I was talking to trying to get ideas from had become content LOL I had run out of ideas too...

                                                                  The client requested that I talk to Zorgy, I usually do as my clients wish... And honestly, what my clients wish was is really the best option... Getting the correct default files is always much easier then working with the edited files clients have..







                                                                  Zorgy just has a high horse and is used to looking down on people that are not handing him 250...


                                                                  My client thought he was a nice guy and have no problem, but again, my client was giving him 250 at the time... Of course he is a nice guy when the money is going in his hand....







                                                                  What was even funnier is how he tried to be nice and clean things up after he realized I was another source of revenue....

Designers need something to work with, but why not get from your client, they obviously have the files. As for zorgman, I've been in his same situation, and I got quickly tired of people trying to get stuff for "for a client". We begin to spend all our time to find out if you are trying to scam or are sincere. Easier to just say no.

The client can log in and download a fresh copy whenever he wants. How do I know this, because I use the script myself. I'm not your average troll.

And they will have a zipped up template system ready for designers...

                                                                                                                                                                      Im my opinion, templates are great, I have nothing against them. But you can do so much more custom work with raw code.

To install TEVS you need the license ID. So your clients needs to login and send you those details anyway, why not send you the file too?
