Like a gambling addict the bigger the numbers the harder they fall for it hook line and sinker. And when his money is gone he is out trying to convince the next guy what a great money making opportunity he has but of course you cant get in on the action without him, only he has the inside scoop. Or he IS the con artist.
1. What are you even doing here? Are you in the biz?
2. Coming to a board with this, and I am sure this isn't the only one, smacks of con or desparation. Why aren't you hitting up local business owners, bankers, etc.? If it's such a quaranteed investment and you put a good enough proposal together some bank or local investor is going to bite. But then again your not looking to take the risk are you, thats why you need someone else's money.
3. If it's worth so much money in return, why in the hell would the owner not be capitalizing on this himself instead of passing this off at such a great price?
4. Who hasn't heard these terms a million times: Chance of a lifetime, Get in now before its to late, Dont delay, this oppurtunity is for a short time only. Isn't that how EVERY get rich scheme on the planet works? I mean come on.
See where I am going with this?
Then again I could be wrong and your just going about this whole thing in the completely wrong manner. If so, good luck to you. At any rate the end of this story will be interesting none the less.

Dude, your points are pretty much all retarded but I'll answer them for shits and giggles.
First of all, I don't chase get rich quick schemes. If this was some fucking website or backroom casino business I'd say it right out.
Now to the list.
1. Not a pornographer no. I do however promote some cams on mainstream sites and promoted AFF for the last ? years.
2. How the fuck do you scam someone for 6.5 million? Nobody with 6.5 million (the hard way) is going to write a check without vetting the deal. Full disclosure is in order and will be provided. Those I have talked to know exactly what I am talking about and it all makes sense. Did you miss the part about a very limited window to work in? I can't personally borrow 6.5 million so that is out. As for investors I'm floating this to everyone that will listen. There are actually many other similar deals from $100,000 and up but none of them are the steal this one is. I am putting together a website to find investors for those and would have included this one if I had time. I'll post it here after this deal is done and gone and include enough information that people will know I'm not talking out of my ass. The scenario I'm dealing with doesn't come up often and on this scale maybe never.
3. The owner is selling for personal reasons. Many other owners from the smaller deals I mentioned are selling because they are fucking idiots. Seriously, I could show you 2 links that would make you shit your pants.
4. The reason it's HURRY is because I am in a hurry. This is for hard assets backed with a lifetime of income and it is on the market albeit word of mouth only. The owner is a friend of the family. He is selling for personal reasons and retiring. I don't really care how scams start out by I'm not asking someone to paypal $20. Let me put it this way, if you had 6.5 million and emailed me out of curiosity you would be on a plane to meet me the next day once you saw this. I can't think of one better way to spend the money.
You are wrong but I'm not going about anything in a wrong manner. I am exhausting every possible avenue while I have time because once this is done with it's done for good. If you could make a post and have a .001% chance make enough money to retire for life on it wouldn't you make the post?
Cheers :)
