Sorry man, every time one of those boats go screaming past on the lake, I fuckin' hate it.

If you want to do that, go out into the open ocean where it's just a far away annoyance and you're only going to kill yourself. There are noise pollution ordinances in a lot of places to prevent boats like that and I think that make a lot of sense. Also the speed limits prevent you from really opening it up any way, so what's the point?

noise pollution ordinances and speed limits are rules that are ment to be broken :winkwink: I do take it in the ocean though but when i do take it to the lake like last weekend on lake Peru there was a speed limit of 35 mph I think we tripled it :thumbsup

I was thinking the same thing when I read his post about taking it on the ocean.
WE use to own a flat bottom and we would have to beach it when it got choppy on the lake....I doubt this boat would last very long with the chop and rollers the ocean has to offer.
