Amar, that's one of the best video encoding jobs I have ever seen on YouTube, nicely done! Can I ask how you did it? What kind of video format and at what video bitrate and frame size did you upload to Youtube so that it would auto-convert into Flash that pristinely?

Youtube's rolling out two new formats for better resolution, to see them just &fmt=18 to the end of the vids you're playing which will give you better quality audio and video.
