He already knows. I saw an email posted on another board where he told an affiliate:

"We are lifting bans in the blocked areas only for members or affiliates. Being that you have not been a member, or have not sent any sales, we can not unblock this IP without further reason."

How can you promote a program that you cant even see? Or take a chance on surfers not even seeing the site when you send traffic there?

I am guessing that the model/program are located in NY/NJ and are blocking access to attempt and prevent family/friends/enemies from viewing the website.
