Get who organized?
No one wants to put up the money it's going to take to get into court.. It's just not viable. Who are your lawyers ready to step up and take on this fight? Because I already have questions for them... |

Most people are not interested. Remember Airek formed an actual non profit anti piracy group which included a lot of top people over a year ago, and none of them wanted to divvy up the cash. Who so far of any significance has joined the team? |
Although I'm sure you have the best intentions, why would people, who know they are running illegal sites, cut off the people that bring them sales?
I don't see it happening. |

That if the allow unrestricted uploading they are not responsable for anything uploaded untill they get a dmca..? And the moment they start to police there sites themselves and removing content with out a dmca being recieved they are then responsable for 2257... Also, if they do not take user uploads, they are responsable... There is alot of loopholes here... Maybe you should learn about about tubes alittle more.. :2 cents: |

What's the plan to get them? |

As for the untouchable ones... We can hire legal mercenaries to take care of them? Like AirScan, Blackwater Worldwide, Erinys International, ect. |
Jon you are missing the big point, no one is going to divvy up the millions of millions of dollars it would take to even start a court case.
It's just not going to happen, we tried to do this 2 years ago when it was not that bad and all we got were crickets, and now most of the main content buyers seed the main tube sites with their content. They've moved on. No one wants to put up that kind of cash, it's not worth it. The money lost in trying to fight it would far surpass the money they are losing off the content. And hire a legal mercenary, to do what exactly? They live in an area where US law does not apply. So they are not breaking any laws. |
