They don't because the minute the surfer joins, they get sold on a cross sell or trial in the members area that you DON'T get credit for and therefore they don't rebill, OR the content is so horrible the surfer cancels for one reason or another.

Seriously, you actually think they are in business to make you money or to make themselves money....
