That is normal. We just had a baby and my girl scopes out Craigslist daily. Someone offered up their breast milk a few days ago on our local CL board and got flamed by a bunch of trolls.
But yes, people do sell, donate and trade their frozen breast milk. Craigslist trolls are the best. |

Don't know the health risks involved but way back when, when a mother didn't have enough breast milk or she needed to work the land - there were always 'breast mothers' who would breast feed other children as well as their own.
My grandmother for example - she produced milk healthily and breast fed another child at the same time as her own for everyone of her children. |
