                                          It's so bad a blacklist wont work. I am working on a whitelist but honestly so few people care based on what I have read in the thread from choopa that trying to organize an above board coalition of adult sites is a waste.

                                              It's in every industry. Don't feel special. Ever seen those no-name cereals that have their boxes printed to resemble big name brands? The little coke dealer buys from the big coke dealer...steps all over it...then resells it. The retro car fad. Coke vs. Pepsi, etc etc.

                                              Creativity and thinkers are few and far between. Everyone wants to make as much cash as possible while doing the least amount of work. Everybody copies and steals from everyone else. Nothing is new and it's ALL been done a million times over.

                                              It's not what this industry is coming to...it's right where it's always been. The innovators vs. the duplicators.

                                                  dont know if you knew but its not an easy to thing to prove and then sue about, with the easy access to shell and offshore companies in various jurisdictions its not like you can just point and shoot. there are many others researching their enemies and waiting to find a good way to win against them its not easy its quite hard and extremely expensive. a good warrior chooses his battlefield. ;)

You can point your finger at tube site owners all day, but Joe Surfer is the one actually uploading the material. Unless you stop him, you don't stop the infringement. You might be able to get his favorite sites shut down, but be certain that he will just go somewhere else to upload.

Despite board rantings, there are very few of you who would take less money to promote a whitelisted sponsor. It might be harsh, but it's the reality of it. Most people know that if it's not them doing it, it'll be someone else.
