Any airlines / sites off fully refundable vacation packages?
Wondering if any travelers here know if there are any airlines or websites that offer refundable packages? I know southwest has a waiver for $40/person that allows you to cancel and only be out the $40. Looking for something a little closer to home so I don't have to to drive 4.5 hours to fly out on Southwest however.
