So what would you do ?? Drama in the making ?

Guy brings girl to the Florida show! Girl gets hired as a model, does well, gets her pics taken several times. At time of payment the model is not around, so the money gets paid to the guy who brought her, to pass along.

*****He does NOT give the money to the girl!*****

The firm who hired her, offers to pay the girl again, because she's done a credible job, they would like to work with her again, also they feel bad about the situation, but cant get a hold of her.

So this morning I get an email, remove by request.........

"This young lady was my guest at InterNEXT. She is not in the adult industry and it would be greatly appreciated if you would remove the following pictures from FubarWebmasters."

All the shots are of this particular model, who got screwed over by him. Appearently she wouldnt even stay in his room , I guess he creeped her out.

Also this model wanted to do a Group Shoot with a few well known people in the industry, (it didnt work out) I guess she wants to be in the industry. ;) If you know the person involved pls keep it to yourself at this point.

I am NOT taking the shots down, till I hear from her, also I want the individul to PAY her what is rightfully hers

I didnt know the whole story, till I checked with the people who hired her. Sounded a bit strange to me, that she would get paid as a model, then wanting to have pics removed and the request does'nt even come from her.

Anyways, with the convention waivers, everything is covered. You can take pics of anyone so legally you are ok. You just need to consult yourself to make a decision.

She agreed to do the shoot and then this guy emails you asking for you to take them down? Seems a bit strange to me. I wouldn't take them down. However, I will say that it wasn't too smart on her part to not stick around for payment....but that still doesn't change the fact that she agreed to have her pictures taken. The communication should be beween the girl and yourself, not the guy. After all, she's the one in the pictures, not him.

Ignoring how harsh this post is, it's pretty bang on.

If you're really concerned for the model, do your best to get her information from the guy. If he won't give it to you or you can't find it, too bad...pictures stay up, case closed. If you DO get the email, ask HER if she wants the pictures down and respect her wishes, whatever they may be.

As for her not getting paid, it might suck, but it's not really any of your business.

I think in the end you will be the only one that really gets screwed. It's like when police go to break up domestic violence incidences... the woman always goes back. Who knows what kind of strange relationship these two people have... save yourself the trouble and just move on.

I would personally probably remove the pictures just to stay out of the mess.

JFK, Way to stand up for what is right... I would leave the pics up. I met them and heard the whole story when at Internext. The model is new to this and a bit naive. If he showes his face at the next show, I plan on giving the guy my opinon face to face. He needs to pay the girl and salvage some shred of credibility...

Am I missing something here? How do you know he didn't paid her? Why you gave him money? That's mistake on your side, but still, he needs to explain everything..

I'd ask him for girl's contact in order to "take pics down" and use that chance to figure out if she's interested or not.
