Ignoring how harsh this post is, it's pretty bang on.

If you're really concerned for the model, do your best to get her information from the guy. If he won't give it to you or you can't find it, too bad...pictures stay up, case closed. If you DO get the email, ask HER if she wants the pictures down and respect her wishes, whatever they may be.

As for her not getting paid, it might suck, but it's not really any of your business.

I think in the end you will be the only one that really gets screwed. It's like when police go to break up domestic violence incidences... the woman always goes back. Who knows what kind of strange relationship these two people have... save yourself the trouble and just move on.

I would personally probably remove the pictures just to stay out of the mess.

JFK, Way to stand up for what is right... I would leave the pics up. I met them and heard the whole story when at Internext. The model is new to this and a bit naive. If he showes his face at the next show, I plan on giving the guy my opinon face to face. He needs to pay the girl and salvage some shred of credibility...:2 cents:

Warchild is harsh but he's pretty much spot on. Btw never, I repeat never pay "the guy who brought her" in hopes he will pass the money along to her.... never. Always tell such a "guy" you will pay her and only her, directly, and that she needs to come and get her money in person, or get in touch with you directly in some way. No exceptions.

Sounds like your money is gone, chalk it up to a lesson learned.

Oh, and I would out the fucker so this crap doesn't have a chance of happening to anyone else.

Am I missing something here? How do you know he didn't paid her? Why you gave him money? That's mistake on your side, but still, he needs to explain everything..

I'd ask him for girl's contact in order to "take pics down" and use that chance to figure out if she's interested or not.

I agree with this post - tell the guy if the person wants the pics to be removed - she can call you herself or leave a number where she can be reached directly.

If she signed for a pass for the show, she also signed the waiver and if it really 'erupts' into something, perhaps AVN can get in touch with her on your behalf.

Setting aside his drama and the creepy stuff, your a photographer who goes to shows and takes pictures. If you don't want your picture taken, don't go to the show. Period.
