I guess it all depends what you call rape.

Here girls do GHB recreatively, and they call rape the next day... I've seen that happen a lot in bars (girls blaming otherse when she took it herself).

Lots of bullshit goes unreported in some other countries.

In the middle east raping a woman is as common as taking a piss. Victims never come forward becuase if they dont have 4 people to back their story up, they get stoned to death.

as you read this there's probably dozens of women being raped at this instant in the world.

It's how it should be everywhere. If someone raped my daughter i would want them tortured not just killed.

This list is meaningless because of the different police cultures in each country and the willingness of women in each country to report rape....

The more progressive a countries attitude the more the increase in reporting....
