Ever bid on domains thru Moniker/Snapnames auctions?

Have you ever bid on and or won a domain auction through Monikers auctions?
This is the first time I put some domains into the auction , in the extended auction now which closes in an hour or so. So far not too impressed by the whole setup. Have not seen them promoting the auction here or elsewhere. I have Cheaters.net up there to test things out.

Are there other auction sites you've tried and like?

    Thanks
    Joe

Why use ICQ or Skype when we could use a chat app (with video & voice) that pay$ you (up to 70%) of all the ad revenue they make!

    All the best!

Most bids come in at the very last moment, so hang on - you might see someone bid on your domain

As disussed, the Moniker auctions get alot of hype/press. As Bossman said... the final hours are the most exciting! That's when everyone comes out and starts to bid!

      Fingers crossed!

Hi, well I got one email from you all about the auction but didn't personally see any of that press you mentioned but will take your word on it. I lowered the price to what I thought is a low reserve and looks like it got 1 bid at the reserve price. I think had it been in the live auction it would have done a lot better. If it goes for the reserve it will be a shame because its worth much more than that. But I guess someones getting a bargain.

Snapnames extended the auction until Friday because obstenibly, "unfortunately we had a system error" LOL I was in an auction until the last minutes and it went fine.

they sure don't have their user experience interface optimized very well

went there (moniker and snapnames) and did a search on "cheaters" on the main site and all that came up was options to backorder cheaters.com for $59

spent another 5 minutes looking around, and found out that they have some kind of software called "SnapNames LIVE? Auction software" but there were no obvious links where to download this software

            gave up for now
