i did it...
i quit smoking... so far almost 5 days smoke free...
I've been smoking since the age of 16 at least one pack a day.. that's 17 years of smoking... damn, it feels so damn good getting rid of that ugly habit... the weird part is that it actually was pretty easy...

Don't be afraid, but you're gonna start coughing up shit that resembles escargo. Only about 20% of that is actually lung tissue, though.
