Let me start out by giving some background to my situation here. A lot of you know what's going on from some other forums, but most of you don't. Some of you know Abbie from here used to work with us at SNR Productions, Inc. For reasons I can't really get into (legal stuff), she's no longer working with us. Since she left, a couple other cam sites popped up strangely similar to that of camwithher.com. One is spunkycams.com (which I really don't have a beef against), the other is onhercam.com (which is the reason for this post).
Now my message to OnHerCam AKA Trifecta Creations...
If you want to copy CWH, fine. But please don't email our models and tell them lies. And seriously, cant you find your own models? Those fake models you have up there aren't working out so well I take it?
Here's a copy of what one of my models forwarded to me...
There is no Monroe County ruling making the contracts invalid. They may have been questioned in our case, but quite the opposite was ruled upon (this is a public document that my lawyer advised was ok to post): http://www.snrproductions.com/docs/O...Injunction.pdf
That email is extremely shady and goes against obvious webmaster etiquette. I suggest you do your research before telling lies to our models.
