    Tips for increasing quality traffic?

    I have a paysite which I have been running off and on for a few years. The only problem I have had is "time" - developing my own content, managing my own sites, developing commercial software, not to mention having a family!

    My sites generates a nice side income which nets me mid five figures. In the past week, my logs show an average of 2,200 uniques per day. I dont really promote my site except through my own sites and the affiliates I have (paying 30% on signups).

    I was wondering if anyone would have some tips on how I might increase my numbers? I wish I had time to do it all, but my workload means that alot of things have to slide.

    Any suggestions?

          wow, last time I heard of such a low payout it was for some mainstream action, like selling grandma's ebook ;)

              yeah the models look good.

              maybe make a reality site out of em where they go fuck up some skinny mexicans in East LA.

              That would be a cool sell and a more efficient way of using those power bitches.

                  1.) Make sure you are on a variety of review sites, like ASS, Jane's, Carnalia, etc. That traffic tends to be good.

                  2.) Make sure you don't leak too much traffic. Getting more people through that tour is like having more traffic. If you have links out that do you no good, kill em.

                  3.) Tune up your SE stuff a little.

                  4.) Offer galleries to other sites that might be a good crossover... They link you from their members area. Nice traffic.

                  5.) Remember that 10,000 hits that convert 1:1000 is still better than 50 that convert 1:100. Good traffic is always the goal, but a lot of less-exciting traffic can still make you money.

                      I dont shoot much hardcore (very little). I take it from the first remark that I should look at a higher payout.

                      I've just started putting together some galleries for my affilities (they have been asking for them).

                      I have a links page, but its harder to find (no more front page access). I used to send out 10x the traffic I was taking in, but now its more balanced.

                      The signature was a little hahahahahaha I wrote. If I can find the time to document it, I'll post it. I just dont want to have to support it! lol

                                  I'm thinking of selling the site, actually. The money is nice; but I'd rather focus on my photography.

                                  I also make more with software royalities (I wrote PhotoPost - www.photopost.com)

                                      I use Optimum Online has my ISP..
                                      I have WinXP...
                                      And Yes Im using IE 6....
