Starting to shoot porn in Louisiana
Hello everyone,
I need some information on where I can find out if its legal to shoot porn in Louisiana. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great. I have two models ready to shoot but I do not want to violate laws in the dark.....I would rather know the laws I am breaking to outwit or have a chance against them. The only place in the U.S. where we know it's 100% legal is in California. We know this because the state supreme court in California ruled that porn actors are not prostitutes.
There isn't any real case law regarding this in other states (that I'm aware of) so if you shoot outside of California you're taking a risk.

its a grey area at best but if you are quiet about it,dont piss anyone off and pick a town that has porn,strip clubs,escorts etc. you have less risk.If your that worried a lawyer is your best to choice to talk to.
