If you state that you're licensing the dvd ... then I'm sure the got milk people would love to know that since you're not supposed to even be utilizing any copies of it. Either way .... Guess you still dont realized GM2 was pulled when you tried to copyright it, thus my lost investment in producing the DVD. Best solution is reimburse the cost & I can send you the inventory & masters as I suggested. That's called the 1st right of refusal. If you disagree my option is to go elsewhere to sell it.

I guess you still don't realize that the only reason I started to copyright it is because you decided you wanted to release your own content on it and cut me out. You knew I was copyrighting it because i told you and you didn't care because you think you're untouchable ... just like you first thought when the Got Milk people came looking for you .... which I told you about and you shrugged it off. And don't give me that crap again that you dropped me because of going to your dist ... we both know that you weren't allowing me to release well before that and you never were going to allow me to because you wanted to get your own stuff out. You also continue to avoid the fact that you never paid us in full for commisions on gm2 either.

I have no need for dvds that can't be sold and you have no right to sell the content in those dvds ....... yes, you can probably sell it anyway by licensing the shit out and if I want to take it far enough I could probably stop you ... but that would depend upon cost ... however, at worst .... I can make whoever you license it to take it down .... or atleast anyone with a legitimate biller or host. So if you want to sell it to people and then have them get pissed because they have to take it down ... so be it. Have fun with that.

As far as a solution .... the only thing i can think of is for you to replace to persons content you sold to with other content that you actually own .... but at this point .... I can see that's not going to happen ... so I'll make them take it down after monday ... since we asked them to take down by then but prob will not ...then they'll be pissed at you for selling them shit you don't own if they are not already. However, I would be willing to work something out with your customers if they would contact us but have not to this point.

Of course we would prefer some type of amicable solution with the purchasers and I'm sure they'll be reading this .... as they are active here ... so i'll say that all I want is for the content to be taken off the tour and fhg's taken down .... seeing as you spent 1k .... I would allow you to keep in your members area IF YOU CONTACT US BEFORE MON .... this way you can still use as updates and we don't get our shit scattered all over the net or atleast not from this point on from FHG, no watermarks unless ours ... if not, and i have to try to force you and succeed .... that will no longer be an option ... so please contact us so we can work something out like that. We have emailed you a copy of our invoice from content shooter . This is our offer of compromise with the purchasers of the content, since they're in the same niche as us and we'd prefer to stay on good terms. If I for any reason make an error in licensing a DVD I produced, I have more than enough means to compensate the licensor.



So at this point Bryan & Tia has declined the offer to buyout Dvd right on Got Milkshake & Got Milkshake 2. I will now go ahead & move the remaining products via all distribution channels available.

God I hate drama.. however I have to say I have known "Mr X" for many years, from back in the day when we both dealt with that shit head Arnold Stein. We have always gotten along and everytime we met we spoke about the fucked up things going on in the industry. I would trust him with my DVD's blindly.

I also dealt with Bryan through a mutual friend. Bryan was going to hook me up with some girls he knew that were coming to Vegas and I could shoot them. One of the girls never showed up and the other was sent to a pimp here in town. Needles to say after talking to this dude Bryan set this girl up with I did not want them at my studio. Of course this does not say anything about bryan, but that is what my dealings were.

i have to step behind Mr X on this one, we go way back and i truly doubt he did anything with bad intentions. Trying to copyright someones idea is fucked up and deserves a slap in the face if you ask me..

You didn't produce anything ... you took the content I produced and replicated it .... you own the boxes and artwork if anything ... not the content ... so yes, you made an error ... as if you didn't know. I have the original model releases, original 2257, ids, original sales receipt from the videographer/photographer and his contact information to verify it was shot for us and us only! Do you have that? No, you have COPIES of 2257 docs i provided for the purpose if dvd distribution ... nothing else. YOu have nothing stating that you are allowed to license that content via web or by any other means for that matter.

We don't need to buy it out ... we already have dvd rights and every other rights to it ... we own it ... you do not .... I can prove ownership ... you can not .... as I said to you via icq ... if you wish to recoop your money by repackaging and dist on dvd we can work something out in that arena ... but web is exclusive and you do not have web rights on that content or any rights for that matter. However, as I said before ... do as you will ... I'll just make whoever you sell to take it down ... they'll only be pissed at you ... not me.

We had a deal that I provide content and you provide replication and artwork for GM ... Yes, I remember dealing with you on this ... however, I never sent the girl you are referring to over to the pimp .... I simply sent them to you and that was all. I apologize for them not showing up but as stated ... i can't really control that ... I'm not their agent ... just new they were headed your way and They had shot for us here in Cleveland for myself and Voodoo Media Group ... we had no problems with them and quite honestly the one girl has come back a few times. The other girl never showed up again ... I can't control that .... but I had nothing to do with the guy they were hooked up with ... I don't send girls to people like that.

As far as the copyright issue .... we started the dvd together ... so when did it become his idea? I had the idea for the them around the content ... he proposed a title ... we both agreed upon it and did it .... so it's ok for him to take my content and sell it all over the net but not ok for me to copyright a dvd that we started together and he tried to push me out of. That makes total sense.

Look ... I realize that Mr x has been around a long time ... and i'm probably wasting my breath because of that .... but the fact is that he is selling content that does not belong to him and he does not own. He decided to end the gm dvd partnership with me by filling it with his own shit and then also tries to sell mine illegally and i'm the one that deserves a slap in the face. At any rate ... a resolution has been made between the purchaser of the content and us .... that 's the important part .... since it afterall was no fault of theirs .... maybe the fact that i'm the one that compromised when my shit was what was stolen and sold illegally would hold some water with everyone but probably not since mr x has been around forever.

People have said the same thing about companies that have been around for years and years .... and plenty have ended up doing wrong ... either way ... the issue has been resolved !

yes ... one would think ... but when it's going to cost thousands to sue ... it becomes an issue of is it really worth it if I can just make the purchaser pull the content down. I suppose it depends upon if he keeps trying to sell it or if it ends here. We'll see I suppose .
