Will this industry donate 2% of their sales to fight piracy ?

About 5 years ago when Acacia started asking for 1-3% of the gross sale from everyone who was doing streaming a lot of companies insisted of paying pool together and started to fight as a single organization.

The whole tube based piracy is destroying far more then what Acacia tried to do, but why this industry has not come together ?

Thats about 1 hr a week. 2% is not enough.

You would have to combine the efforts to get people to kick in money. Like a FSC + DMCA + whatever. Something that EVERYONE can get behind. Of course, other than thefts.
