1: I would middle center the site. It probably won't change much when it comes to pageviews or clicks but the people who come there and surfed 10 other sites which are middle centered suddenly have to adjust to your site. Most likely they surfed similar sites and expect certain things at certain positions and will need 2 extra seconds to find them at your site. No biggie though.
2: Its probably random but the plus.de ad im seeing above the vids kills the design and doesnt flow with the rest of the site. If its not random then i suggest replacing it with a small ad.

Thats it really...looks pretty damn good.
