Go to a doctor that specializes in men's health or anti-aging medicine, it's not that expensive for a one time visit and the doc can draw up blood work to get your besline and prescribe you HGH, and testosterone if you want that too completely legally. It's not something you want to mess with completely on your own.

LOL...it actual has more health benefits than anything you get from any American docter. Stop drinking the kool aid and go get yourself another 1000 calorie latte and diet coke and think its healthier than HGH. Um your body produces HGH everyday lamo. Meh, Their not really dangerous if cycled properly. Some Dbol and Test never did me any harm

Notoldschool and Pornguy are both right, HGH has significant benefits when prescribed by and monitored by a doctor. From reading all the other posts to this thread...it always amazes me how we just eat up false information that the media feeds us and buy into false perceptions created by hidden agendas, most particularly here in the US.

As for Starfish Cash Phil, I would not recommend getting HGH from some guy at the gym or in Mexico, research the doctors in your area, get blood lab work done for hormone level testing all first. If your only reason to take it is to give you an extra edge in your workout, why not take more protein or creatine? If lifting heavier weights is the only reason you want to start taking HGH, then if I were you I would consider other alternatives. A lot of the time those are the guys that end up abusing HGH.
