Im looking for a new site using joomla and jreviews

I would like it all set up and designed it must work with the jreviews plugin

Depends how extensive the design requirements are.

Here is one that I am actually finishing ( no jreviews, but other components, modules, mambots):

I prefer to work on them on my servers ( because of full SSH access ).

Every Joomla site I've seen looks oddly like a slightly modified default template with different colors. Good luck.
